2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Downloadable software products

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@errgonstores.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Include the RA number with your returned item. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
  3. The address to ship the item to will be given via the email containing the RA number sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

2.3 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.4 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at admin@errgonstores.com to obtain an RA number and follow the return process above.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the damage or error, and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
